It was an interesting experience talking to about 30 students from The Hotel School this morning. Many stared wide eyed at the mention of the thousands of frogs we sell for food, more gasps when I spoke about how some parts of the frogs are harvested for other valuable ingredients! Had a great time and memory hosting about 25 of them last year in Singapore. Hope more of them will sign up for this exchange programme to learn about how the Singapore farms are branding themselves!
