Directions
Add 1 packet of herb into 4 rice bowls of boiling water. Boil in high heat for 10 minutes.
Reduce the heat, add in thinly sliced crocodile meat and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
Season with salt before serving.
Tips
Crocodile meat can be sliced into smaller shreds for easy consumption for children.
Simmer the soup after adding the crocodile meat to avoid toughening the meat.
The longer the simmering, the richer the soup!
