TERMS & CONDITIONS

i) Bookings have to be made and BE confirmed by EMAIL or SMS.
ii) All tour packages require a minimum charge. A fee x shortfall of number of pax will be imposed to make up for the difference.
iii) There will be NO refund of fees for absentees.
iv) Availability of tour slots will be on a first come first serve basis.
v) Cancellations of bookings have to be made at least 7 days in advanced. There will be a penalty of $20 imposed for No Call No Show.
vi) Booking with Food Sampling will require a 50% non-refundable deposit, upon confirmation
vii) Please take note that Hashima Dessert and Deep fried frog meat are NOT Halal and Vegetarian products.
viii) The company will not be liable for any changes in the events of the itinerary for farm visits due to the nature of operation in the farm and unforeseen weather conditions. Any changes made will be entirely at the company’s discretion.
ix) In an event of rain the guided tour will be substituted with Show and Tell in an indoor area.

Prices quoted are exclusive of 7% GST charge.
