While The Royal Frog Shop physical shop has closed, this online store continues to deliver fresh and high quality farm products strictly without the use of any antibiotics, hormones or steroids, to you. We are now a lot more strategic in our organisation, outsourcing farming to veterans in the fields for our livestock and ensure quality assurance down to the last mile fulfilment cold chain delivery to your doorstep.

Frozen produce will be blast freeze at -50 degrees to retain freshness, nutrition and for food safety. Our selection of fresh farm produce, like patin fish, tilapia, freshwater yellow eels and seawater vannamei prawns will be introduced into the list gradually as we transit into our new home at 291 Neo Tiew Crescent Singapore 719099.

Note to all valued customers:
1. We will be using a 3rd party cold chain delivery services from the 15th Feb 2023. There will be a flat fee of $15/ trip OR Choose to pick up goods at Toh Tuck area. Please PING to 97639077 with your order # and payment receipt a day before pick up date.

2. Cut-off time to order for next-day delivery is at 4pm. Deliveries will be made from THURSDAY and SATURDAYS between 1-6pm only. Please choose either date at check out.

3. Use a promo code <FOCDELIVERY2023> for free delivery if purchase is above $216. Promo code is valid with every order checked out.

4. Kindly note to leave a remark if goods can be left at the door if no one answers the door bell or phone. We will supply a photo evidence of delivery.

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, that you do not wish for goods to be left at the door, we will bring back the goods and another charge of $15 will be billed for 2nd delivery. We hope for your understanding and cooperation.

While we will try our best to deliver based on stipulated time above; actual delivery timing is based on the route taken and traffic conditions on that same day. We do not deliver to restricted areas or zones.
