- 250 g Crocodile Tail Meat
- 250 g Crocodile Bone (optional)
- 500 ml Water
- 15 g Bei Qi 北芪
- 15 g Dang Shen 当参
- 15 g Huai Shan 淮山
- 15 g Yu Zhu 玉竹
- 15 g Gou Qi Zi 枸杞子
- 15 g Red dates 红枣
- 10 g Nan Xing 南杏
- 10 g Nan Xing 南杏

- Add 1 packet of herb into 4 rice bowls of boiling water. Boil in high heat for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat, add in thinly sliced crocodile meat and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
- Season with salt before serving.
