  • 15 g Dang Shen 当参

  • 15 g Yu Zhu 玉竹
  • 15 g Gou Qi Zi 枸杞子
  • 15 g Red dates 红枣
  • 10 g Nan Xing 南杏
  • 10 g Nan Xing 南杏

  • 250 g Crocodile Tail Meat
  • 250 g Crocodile Bone (optional)

Instructions
  1. Add 1 packet of herb into 4 rice bowls of boiling water. Boil in high heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Reduce the heat, add in thinly sliced crocodile meat and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Season with salt before serving.
