  • 500 g Fresh Whole Frog Chopped into small pieces
  • 1 clove garlic Finely minced
  • 4 slices Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Wolfberries
  • 3 sprigs Coriander Chopped into small pieces
  • Chili To taste, cut into small pieces
  • 1 bottle BRAND'S Essence of Chicken with Cordyceps

Instructions
  1. Place the chopped frog meat on a plate.
  2. Add a generous dollop of garlic and ginger on the frog meat.
  3. Steam for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add coriander, chili, wolfberries and warmed frog/chicken essence last.
  5. Serve warm!
